Ezio Auditoe da Firenze from Florence is one of the most spectacular characters in the franchise. He seems to have everything to become the best protagonist. In Ezio, the developers have put a strong character, a spectacular image and, of course, a fascinating story. However, Altair literally breathes down the back of his follower. Here are five reasons why Ezio is the best assassin in the series.
Survived the death of his family
While Altair was able to recover after the death of his beloved, Ezio was forced to watch his father and brothers die. Although this aroused in him a desire to take revenge on the Knights Templar, he did not let his desires completely consume him, and acted both purposefully and selflessly. This led to the moment when he finally managed to fight Rodrigo Borgia, the man who ordered the execution of the members of the Ezio family.
He refused to take the life of the Borgia, realizing that this would not return his family. With this gesture, Ezio showed how much better he had become as a result of his journey as an assassin.

While Altair often showed his difficult character, Ezio was much more charming and attractive. Ezio lived in a world that had more open borders than Altair’s, thanks to new developments in sailing technology. That is why he was able to touch more nations besides Italy and neighboring European countries. In particular, he served as the mentor of the last remaining assassin of the Chinese Brotherhood, Shao Jun. Ezio also helped her in her quest not only to restore her already defunct brotherhood, but also to crush the Templars before they had a chance to inflict even more damage on all of China.
