The error is most often caused by maintenance work or a global server failure. The status of the service can be checked on the manufacturer’s website. However, it may happen that an error on the user’s side is due to an unstable Internet connection.
- In the console settings, reset your network connection, and then check the connection again.
- If this error appears frequently, turn off your router / modem and restart it, wait 5 minutes.
- If that doesn’t work, please try again later. The line is probably temporarily congested.
