How to add live photos to Instagram?
Live Photos is a pretty cool feature that you can find on all iPhone models from iPhone 6S onwards. Previously, these explicit references to the Harry Potter universe could be added to the home screen, but now it is possible to stream these little “miracles” directly to Instagram.

Converting your Live Photo
To create a Live Photo that you can share, you will need to launch the Instagram app. Then, from the pile of icons at the top of the screen, select the very circle icon with the name “Your Story”.
A camera will appear in front of you. Swipe from bottom to top and a menu will appear to select images that have been taken in the last 24 hours. Select Live Photo.
At the top of the screen, you will see four options: a cross that undoes all actions, and three options with which you can personalize the selected Live Photo. For example, you can add emoji or text to it.
Once you customize Live Photo according to your tastes, then click on the image to bring the 3D technology into action. You will be given a preview of the image and you can estimate how it will look. This ability is achieved by switching Instagram to Boomerang mode, in which the application works with short videos.
Uploading Live Photos
Once everything is ready, you can either click on the “Your Story” option at the bottom of the screen (the image will be laid out for everyone), or select the arrow in the lower right corner if you want to post this image just for friends.
Before uploading a Live Photo, make sure that you have done everything the way you wanted, as you will not be able to edit this photo later.
If for some reason you want to delete the posted post, then select “Your story”, click on the three dots at the bottom of the image and select “Delete” from the menu that appears.
