Valhalla is definitely one of the most beautiful games in the entire Assassin’s Creed series. From the lighting and shadows to the overall quality of the textures, Ubisoft has done an excellent job of making it visually appealing, even without using ray tracing. With such a beautiful open world available for players to explore, the photo mode is absolutely essential. Fortunately, he is present in the game.
Accessing it is easy. First, you need to go to the Options menu and check if Photo Mode is enabled in the Gameplay tab. After that, you can simply return to the game and press the F3 key on your keyboard (or L3 + R3 if you are playing on a gamepad) to access Photo Mode.
You have several options to choose from to capture the perfect shot. Besides adjusting the camera angle, offset and angle, there is also an editing mode. Editing mode allows you to change colors and apply filters to your photos. There is a wide range of options, including depth of field, saturation, glow, and even a custom fog level. You can switch between edit mode and composition mode (which allows you to change basic camera settings) with the right mouse button (R3 on your controller).
With the perfect settings to your liking, press the space bar (X or A on your controller) to take a photo. On your computer, photos are saved in the Documents / Assassin’s Creed Valhalla / Photos folder.
