Only the commander will remain, and all earned or purchased crew members are transferred to a new position.
Greetings tankers! With you Wotpack and in this article we will figure out who the instructors are, and what their functions are in Crew 2.0 in World of Tanks. Many players are worried about what will happen to:
- snow maidens
- girls for LBZ
- unique commanders of Twitch Prime and Battle Pass
- completely unique crews (The Offspring, Sabaton, TV series “Boys” and “4 tankers and a dog”)
- bloggers
- New Year’s commanders Chuck Norris and Vasily Vyugin
Not all of them can be enumerated, but it all comes down to the fact that such crew members will become instructors.
The new crew rework concept calls for all of the characters listed above to become instructors. For each tank there will be 4 positions for the role of instructor. All characters give a bonus (in%) to the experience gained for the battle and additional skill points (of your choice).
All instructors can be viewed in “Barracks“=>”Instructors“:
Or directly in the new crew menu:
A maximum of 4 instructors are available for each tank (they open sequentially at 15, 30, 45 and 60 crew levels). Unlike slots for crew training, they cannot be opened for gold (at least for now).
First of all, the instructors will help you to pump the technique faster due to the experience bonus.
All instructors will be divided into three subclasses, depending on their value (meaning the number of so-called “zero” skills, which did not require the investment of experience to learn them):
- 3rd grade instructor – 1 “zero” skill
- 2nd grade instructor – 2 “zero” skills
- 1st class instructor – the question is still open, but commanders from the Battle of Bloggers will definitely get here (winners)
When choosing a character for the role of an instructor, one of five so-called “vocations” is given to choose from, which correspond to the training courses for tankers (35 new skills and talents):
- Tactics
- Shooting
- Service
- Driving
- Combat training
After choosing one distinguishing feature, depending on the class of the instructor, the tank crew will receive 1-2 points for the chosen training course.
Now we will try to answer the question that was asked in the comments on the site: “What will happen to the crew if it consisted entirely of characters who become instructors?”… We believe that many will have such a situation, so we will show an example on the T-100 LT (I had a female crew there for the LBZ).
As you can see, four perks are fully pumped (including the zero “Combat Brotherhood”) and 75% of the fifth.
After the transfer to the unified experience of the commander, the 49th level of the crew came out.
Apparently, at the moment, experience for the zero perk is not taken into account at all, because according to the calculator presented by the developers, there should be level 60 here. Considering that this is only the first iteration of testing Crew 2.0, errors in the calculations are quite possible.
It turns out that all the experience is poured into a single commander, and unique characters are sent to the barracks, from where they can be pulled into the role of an instructor. By the way, the appearance of the commander can then be selected:
Write in the comments, what do you think about such changes in the game?
