Winner of the annual international exhibition of computer games Gamescom Awards 2020… At least a few non-standard projects appear from independent studios every year. 2020 is no exception, and Gamescom underscored this when a product called Voidtrain won the Most Original Game award.

From the very first frames, this project impresses with its elaboration, despite the fact that its developer is a little-known Russian company. Neagra… He decided to create a game in which the laws of physics will not be empty words. The gameplay will be based on them.
According to the plot, the hero finds himself in an unknown place, where the laws of physics in the standard human understanding do not work. Therefore, you have to master everything in a new way.
This universe is inhabited sinister creatures, and therefore to survive you need to first collect trolley, and from it already create a full-fledged a train, on which it will be possible to dissect through the terrain. During the game, the gamer is given the opportunity to inspect the places where he will pass and collect resources there. In the future, you will have to assemble parts of the train or other things from them.
As the developer promises, in Voidtrain there will be two game modes – single and multiplayer (up to 4 players). He also introduced the adaptation of levels in accordance with the tasks facing the gamer.
Separately, it is worth highlighting the possibility of purchasing cards, after which the journey becomes more difficult, but it allows you to get a big reward.
