If you take a closer look at some of the nuances, you can find pitfalls that lie in the introduction of new modules.

Greetings, tankers! So the first stage of testing new equipment 2.0 in World of Tanks is coming to an end. We have already written a lot about this, but now is the time to sum up some results. In this article, we propose to consider the disadvantage of increased costs for players.
Part of the equipment, depending on the level of technology, was divided into classes: 3rd, 2nd, 1st. This also dictates its price. Such intentions are primarily in a good purpose – make it easier for newbies to get into the game… That is, when pumping new equipment, you will be able to supply equipment not for 500,000 (for example, coated optics), and for 50,000 or 200,000…
New prices depending on the level:
- 2-4 levels up 50,000 sulfur;
- 5-7 to 200,000 sulfur;
- 8-10 to 650,000 sulfur;
There are exceptions in each class, when the equipment is suitable for equipment of a higher level.
This is definitely good, but earlier players could complete the initial technique without spending any silver… For example, in the course of training, you can get toolbox and camouflage net… The first is useful for medium and heavy tanks, and the second for self-propelled guns, tank destroyers and LT.
But both modules are now also divided into levels and if earlier they could be is free rearrangethen Now only for gold:

The situation is exactly the same with stereotube…
If it is now possible to upgrade the tank destroyer branch with minimal gold costs, now you have to spend on each level.
Yes, stereoscopic telescope not suitable for everyone. It owes more of its popularity now to the possibility of free rearrangement. But here coated optics we used to buy once for 500,000 and could put on any tank, since it works constantly and the best choice for ST, TT and most LT. Now it was divided into classes:
Obtained for pumping vehicles from level 2 to 10 after update have to spend: 50,000 + 200,000 + 600,000 = 850,000 credits.
Example of compensation. If you have installed optics for a tank below level 8, then it will automatically be transferred to grade 1, but will continue to work until you remove it yourself. But you won’t be able to put it back on a low-level technique.
Consider one more example… You swing Soviet TT, took a level 7 IS, once bought large caliber gun rammer per 500,000 silver and improved ventilation Class 3 per 600,000 silver, then you can safely rearrange it for gold up to level 10. How the situation will change with new equipment:
- first have to buy rammer class 2 per 300,000 and ventilation per 200,000;
- at level 8 you need to buy rammer 1st class per 600,000 and correspondingly ventilation per 600,000…
Some simple math: used to spend 1,100,000, and now you have to spend 1,700,000… A tangible difference?
Now, in order to play on vehicles at low and medium levels, in most cases you will have to buy new equipment.
So if you want to rearrange equipment – pound on gold… If you don’t want to shoot for gold – buy premium vehicles, premium account and farm silver. Nobody will facilitate the LBZ, but if you want to increase the chances of completing a certain task – buy new equipmentto improve speed, survivability, stealth, and intelligence transmission efficiency.
I gave just a few examples for a general understanding of the situation, but this is expected of most of the equipment. As soon as the release of equipment 2.0 is planned, we will definitely release an article on compensation and how to properly prepare for its commissioning.
