The developers decided to turn to the origins of the game and add to the new part of the chips that players loved so much in the past.
Ubisoft in the previous part of the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey series deviated from the canon and did not add some of the iconic elements of the game. In a sense, this was justified by a different time period, but still many fans of the game were unhappy.

Hidden blade
The essential attribute of a real assassin will return to our arsenal again. It will be possible to make a stealth kill with one hit at any stage of the battle, including with bosses. 
But not everything is so simple to hit successfully you will have to play a mini-game, which boils down to the timely pressing of a special button.
Social stealth
Considering the fact that the main character will have to go to the shores of Foggy Albion, where they will not be very happy to see the Vikings in the cities who have recently raided one of the neighboring villages. therefore the ability to secretly sneak into the city will be very helpful.
In addition to the fact that merging with the crowd, you can walk past the city guards, in the settlement itself it will be possible to pretend to be an interested buyer or even sit at the same table with the residents of the city in one of the taverns (although the latter looks a little strange, strangers should still catch the eye of local regulars ).
Memory corridors
The opportunity to travel through the memories of their ancestors, moreover, in the Scandinavian setting should be interesting. So far there are no details (screenshots)what exactly will be there, but the developers have already officially announcedthat this calling card of the game will 100% be back in the new part.
