Sign in to your Microsoft account
Previously, there was an option to cancel your subscription on the Xbox Game Pass website if you signed up with an Xbox One, Xbox One S, or Xbox One X, but unfortunately this option is no longer available. To complete this step, you currently need to go to Microsoft website and there to cancel the current subscription. Once on the home page, click on the sign-in link in the upper right corner and sign in with your Microsoft account information (namely, the email address you used to sign up for your Xbox account).

Once signed in, click your name in the upper right corner, and then click the My Microsoft Account link (highlighted in blue). At the top of the next page is a long dashboard with subheadings for Account, Your Information, Privacy, Security, Rewards, Payment and Billing, and Services and Subscriptions. Click on the last item. You will be taken to the Subscription Management screen where you can cancel your Xbox Game Pass. To rejoin Xbox Game Pass, you will need to open a new account on your Xbox or return to this page and go through the account re-registration process.
