  1. press the Windows + R combination on the keyboard;
  2. write in the empty line of the appeared window the value “services.msc” and press Enter;
  3. now you need to find a service called “Windows Installer” in the list and double-click on it with the left mouse button;
  4. in the properties of the service, click on the drop-down menu of the startup type and select the value “Automatic”;
  5. click the “Apply” and “OK” buttons;
  6. restart your computer.
